HarmonyOS 2.0 was installed on more than 120 million smartphones

Huawei today announced a new achievement for its proprietary operating system HarmonyOS 2.0, replacing Android on Huawei and Honor smartphones and tablets.

At today's event in China, Huawei announced that the number of HarmonyOS 2.0 users has already exceeded 120 million. The last important milestone of 100 million users was crossed on September 13. Thus, in just ten days, the user base expanded by another 20 million.

As a reminder, after the official launch on June 2, 2021, the number of HarmonyOS 2.0 installations exceeded 10 million very quickly, and this was just the beginning. In 15 days, HarmonyOS 2.0 surpassed the milestone of 18 million users. In the month since launch, 25 million installations have been produced.

To date, 91 days have passed since the launch of HarmonyOS 2.0 - more than a million users are switching to the new OS every day.
