Hasselblad Celebrates 80 Years with € 15,500 Anniversary Kit

Hasselblad released its first camera 80 years ago. The Swedish camera manufacturer celebrated this momentous event with the release of the Hasselblad 907X Anniversary Edition commemorative kit.

Kit includes Hasselblad 907X camera body, CFV II 50C digital back, control handle, optical viewfinder and XCD 30mm F3.5 lens. A total of 800 sets will be manufactured.

The technical characteristics of the products included in the kit do not differ from those offered separately. This means that the buyer will receive a camera with a medium format CMOS sensor (43.8 x 32.9 mm) with a resolution of 50 megapixels, the dynamic range of which is estimated at 14 stops. The camera supports 16-bit color representation and Hasselblad Natural Color Solution (HNCS) color rendering system. Other features include a 3.2-inch, 2.36M-dot tilting display, USB-C charging, dual UHS-II SD card slots, and wireless connectivity.

The 907X Anniversary Edition Kit is now available for pre-order from Hasselblad Authorized Retail Stores for € 15,500. A commemorative plaque is attached to the camera body, and the whole set is packed in a themed box.
