Last week, Venus Optics unveiled the Laowa Argus 35mm f / 0.95 FF lens. This is a full-frame lens designed for mirrorless cameras. It focuses manually. The lens will be offered in three versions, with Nikon Z, Sony E, and Canon RF mounts.
The lens description indicates the shallow depth of field provided by the large maximum aperture. The large maximum aperture makes the lens well suited for low-light photography. Its advantages also include a switch that allows you to choose between stepped and smooth aperture changes.
