Lexar Professional NM800 solid state drive delivers sequential read speeds up to 7400MB / s

Lexar introduced the Professional NM800 M.2 2280 SSD with PCIe Gen 4 x 4 and NVMe 1.4 support. The device is offered in 512 GB and 1 TB volumes. The first option provides sequential read speeds of up to 7000 MB / s and sequential write speeds of up to 3000 MB / s, while the second offers up to 7400 MB / s and 5800 MB / s, respectively. Performance in the case of a 512 GB SSD reaches 200,000 IOPS on read operations and 500,000 IOPS on write operations, and in the case of a 1 TB SSD - 400,000 and 750,000 IOPS, respectively.

There is no information about the controller and flash memory, but the source suggests that it is an Innogrit IG5236 "Rainer" controller and Micron 3D TLC NAND flash memory.
