OCT Technology, a professional manufacturer of KVM switches and AV extenders, has introduced the KC4K-223UHDA Dual-Port KVM Switch. It allows you to switch one set of peripherals, including two monitors, between two computers.
KC4K-223UHDA supports video resolutions up to UHD 4K @ 60Hz (4: 4: 4) and complies with HDCP 2.2 (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection). There is a DisplayPort input and an HDMI input for connecting to a PC, and two HDMI outputs for connecting monitors. In addition, the switch is equipped with a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) hub with two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C ports for switching such drives, printers, scanners, webcams and other peripherals between two computers. Switching can be done with a button on the front panel or a hotkey combination on the keyboard. The device is housed in a robust metal case and does not require any software installation.
