Loudspeaker manufacturer Quested launches S8R Rosewood Edition S-series, an active studio monitor. On the front panel of the device, there are two bass reflexes, an 8 "woofer and a 1.1" tweeter. The monitor has a frequency response of 53 Hz to 20 kHz (± 2 dB), a 10-position rotary input sensitivity switch on the rear panel (-12dBu to + 6dBu), LF EQ switchable to -2 dB / -4 dB at 65 Hz and HF EQ switchable -2dB / + 2dB @ 10kHz. The overheat protection circuitry is enabled, the front operation LED is green and the clipping indicator is red.
Kg + noise goes from 0.025% to 1 dB below clipping (20 Hz - 20 kHz) with a THD of 0.005% at 1 kHz. The monitors can be optionally supplemented with the SB10R subwoofer, which reproduces deep bass up to 25 Hz (17 Hz / -6 dB).
