Realme's first TV Stick significantly outperforms Xiaomi Mi TV Stick and Chromecast with Google TV

Realme will release its first TV box this week, called the Realme 4K Google TV Stick, which will run Google TV. This will make it the second portable streaming device to have Google TV installed. The first is Chromecast with Google TV. However, it is reported that the Realme 4K Google TV Stick will be able to outperform Chromecast with Google TV.

One of the common complaints from users about such devices, including the Xiaomi Mi TV Stick and Chromecast with Google TV, is the tiny capacity of the flash storage. Both of the aforementioned streaming devices only have 8GB of built-in flash storage, with even less available to users.

As a result, there is a problem of insufficient space after installing applications. Users must uninstall apps or games before they can install new ones or even update old ones. Yes, if you do not have enough storage space, it may not be possible to install an update for the application.

According to the latest data, the Realme 4K Google TV Stick will receive 16 GB of flash memory, while at least 12 GB will be available to users. At the same time, only about 5 GB of flash memory is available to users on Chromecast from Google TV.

The Realme 4K Google TV Stick is expected to cost around $ 40.
