The Samsung Galaxy M22 smartphone has appeared on the official Samsung website in Russia, which indicates its imminent announcement. The device passes under the model number SM-M225FV, under which it has appeared several times in the databases of various regulators, so we already know the characteristics of the device.
Judging by the first images, the Galaxy M22 will be similar to the Galaxy A22. The phone is equipped with an Infinity-V display with a teardrop notch for the front camera. The rear square camera module contains four image sensors and an LED flash. The phone will be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. MediaTek Helio G80 will act as a single-chip system.
The Samsung Galaxy M22 will come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal flash storage. The device will be equipped with a slot for microSD memory cards with a capacity of up to 1 TB. The main camera will use image sensors with a resolution of 48, 8, 2 and 2 megapixels, the front camera will be 13 megapixels.
It will run the Android 11 operating system directly with the Samsung One UI 3. The battery will have a capacity of 5,000 mAh and support 25W fast charging.
The smartphone is expected to cost 240 euros.
