Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G: Now the smartphone has appeared in the list of supported devices Google Play Service for AR

The updated page of the Google Play Service for AR platform has added the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition to the list of supported devices. This is further evidence of the imminent launch of the new product.

A couple of years ago, Google introduced its own ARCore augmented reality platform, which includes a specific set of tools for working with Java OpenGL, Unity, and Unreal. Then the platform was renamed to Google Play Service for AR. The list of devices with Google Play Service for AR continues to grow.

According to information from the Google Play Console, the device will receive at least 6 GB of RAM and a Full HD + screen. It is expected that out of the box the smartphone will run Android 11. The smartphone should receive a 6.4-inch screen with support for an image refresh rate of 120 Hz, as well as a 4370 mAh battery and a 12-megapixel main camera.

Earlier it was reported that initially, Samsung planned to produce about 15 million copies of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, but now the planned volume had to be reduced by about 3 million smartphones.

The novelty is expected to be released in October this year.
