Samsung Galaxy S22 could be the reason for the cancellation of Galaxy S21 FE

A well-known network informant under the nickname Ice Universe, who often shares exclusive information about new products in the mobile industry, named the potential reason for the cancellation of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone.

This smartphone was originally supposed to be presented in August of this year, however, due to a shortage of microcircuits, the presentation and release of the device were presumably postponed to October this year. The device has already passed registration in the databases of various regulators, all its characteristics are known.

Ice Universe said that if Samsung decides to launch a new line of Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphones in December, then it makes sense for the South Korean manufacturer to simply abandon the Galaxy S21 FE.

According to German blogger and trusted insider Max Jambor, Samsung produced just 10,000 Galaxy S21 FE smartphones this month. This is an extremely low figure for a product due to launch next month.

It was previously assumed that there will be about four months between the Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S22 releases, but even then, few potential buyers will want to buy an aging smartphone before the release of the new flagship. And if smartphones are released with a difference of two months, then the situation for the Galaxy S21 FE will be even more difficult.

Ice Universe has provided accurate information on Samsung smartphones and image sensors many times, including the recent announcements of new 50MP and 200MP sensors. He was also the first to show accurate images of smartphones with waterfall screens.
