Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra based on Exynos 2200 matches iPad Pro with Apple M1 in performance

It has long been known that Samsung is developing the Galaxy Tab S8 series of tablets, which will be represented by three models (Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 + and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra).

Fresh data indicates that Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra with the best display from Samsung Display, while the performance of the devices is also impressive. Despite previous rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will be available with an Exynos 2200 SoC that features a new AMD GPU. So, the first tests indicate that the performance of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is on the same level as the iPad Pro with Apple M1.

Earlier it was reported that none of the Galaxy Tab S8 tablets will use the new mobile platform Exynos 2200. The reason is not at all the performance of the latest Exynos processor, but so far a high percentage of defects and other problems that surface during the transition to mass production ... Now, the source writes that versions of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, intended for some markets, will still receive the Exynos 2200, as is the case with the Galaxy S22. But most of the tablets will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898.

It is reported that the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will be equipped with a 14.6-inch screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and a battery with a capacity of 11,500 mAh. The price can be around $ 1,300.
