The specialists of the PhoneBuff channel compared the autonomy of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 and iPhone 12. Of course, it would be more correct to compare with the iPhone 13, but deliveries have not yet begun.
The devices are very different, but they are similar in that they are equipped with small batteries. The cell capacity in the Samsung smartphone is 3300 mAh, in the Apple device - 2815 mAh. At the same time, the first has a much larger screen and supports 120 Hz.
As a result, the new Galaxy, as expected, significantly yielded to a competitor. It showed a result of 7 hours of screen time, while the iPhone 12 lasted 9 hours. Given the larger battery in the iPhone 13 mini, we can assume that it will be even more autonomous.
At the same time, the result of the Samsung clamshell is not bad. Especially considering the characteristics.
