New Apple AirPods 3 headphones have just begun to arrive, and complaints have already surfaced. On Chinese forums, people are actively sharing photos of poor-quality assemblies. In particular, users talk about protruding glue, burrs, and other defects. Some even complain that due to such defects, the headphones scratch their ears, others also note static noise.
Most of the complaints are related to headphones made in Vietnam, but problems are also encountered with Chinese copies. One of the sources claims that the problem was only in the first batch, which got only to China, but this has not yet been verified.
