Galaxy Note8: Samsung ends support for the flagship that once rehabilitated the company

The flagship Samsung Galaxy Note8 came out in 2017 and became an iconic model: it rehabilitated the company after the disastrous Galaxy Note7. But it's time for the Galaxy Note8 to go to rest: Samsung is ending software support for it.

Samsung provided the Galaxy Note8 with four years of security updates - until October last year, they were released monthly, and then the company switched to releasing quarterly patches for this model. And in August, the last one came out - the Galaxy Note8 will not be updated anymore.
