Honor 50 and Honor 50 Lite are already on their way to Russia

Today, spun-off from Huawei, Honor has unveiled its new hit in Europe - the Honor 50 smartphone, as well as a more affordable model, the Honor 50 Lite. Meanwhile, the Russian presentation is just around the corner, and information about Russian retail prices has appeared on the Internet. 

Honor has already announced the exact date of the Russian presentation of the long-awaited novelty - it will begin at 19:00 Moscow time on November 9, 2021. According to the source, Russian users will be offered three variants of the Honor 50 and one version of the Honor 50 Lite:

1. Honor 50 with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal flash memory - 39,990 rubles
2. Honor 50 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal flash memory - 44,990 rubles
3. Honor 50 with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal flash memory - 49,990 rubles
4. Honor 50 Lite with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal flash memory - 21,990 rubles

For comparison: European prices are 530 euros (42,787 rubles) for Honor 50 6/128 GB, 600 euros (48,438 rubles) for Honor 50 8/256 GB, 300 euros (24,218 rubles) for Honor 50 Lite 6 / 128 GB. In China, models of the Honor 50 line debuted in the summer and almost instantly became a hit.

Acceptance of pre-orders will begin on the day following the presentation - November 10. Honor has already confirmed that the Russian version of the Honor 50 will receive Google services and applications, and not proprietary Huawei counterparts, like the global Honor 50. 

Among the features of the Honor 50 is a 6.57-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels with an image refresh rate of 120 Hz, a quadruple main camera with sensors with a resolution of 108, 8, 2 and 2 megapixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G single-chip platform, a 4300 mA battery H with support for 66W fast charging, Android 11 operating system with Magic UI 4.2.

Honor 50 Lite received an IPS screen with a diagonal of 6.67 inches, a resolution of 2376 x 1080 pixels, a main quadruple camera (64, 8, 2 and 2 megapixels), SoC Snapdragon 662, a 4300 mAh battery with support for 66 W charging, and also Android 11 with Magic UI 4.1 with Google services.
