Microsoft's net profit for the year grew by 48%

Microsoft has recently published a report for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. For Microsoft, this was the first quarter of fiscal 2022. Revenue for the reporting period amounted to $ 45.3 billion, which is 22% more than in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Operating profit in annual terms increased by 27% and reached $ 20.2 billion. Finally, net income rose 48% year-on-year to $ 20.5 billion. The report also includes non-GAAP net income. It is equal to 17.2 billion dollars and is 24% more than a year ago.
