According to the well-known insider Digital Chat Station, the new series of smartphones Xiaomi 12 will be represented by three models: Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 12 Ultra. He also obtained exclusive information that the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro models will be equipped with 4700 mAh batteries, and the older Xiaomi 12 Ultra model will receive a 5000 mAh battery. According to Digital Chat Station, the charging power should be at least 100 watts. It was previously reported that the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will support 120W wired and 100W wireless charging.
Earlier, he said that the company's next flagship uses new materials and design solutions that allow to reduce the thickness of the case and place a decent battery inside. The insider also stated that the Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with a ceramic back panel, which is usually used in the company's top flagships.
The Xiaomi 12 series will be equipped with a Samsung E5 LTPO screen with an adaptive refresh rate that can be infinitely adjustable from 1Hz to 120Hz. This will ultimately help reduce the power consumption of the device. Out of the box, the smartphone will run MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition.
Xiaomi 12 should be the first smartphone to be powered by the Snapdragon 898 SoC, and its AnTuTu benchmark score should exceed a million points. The smartphone is expected to be announced in December this year.
