New Huawei smartphones will use SoC Snapdragon

The well-known network insider Digital Chat Station has published details of the plans of the Chinese giant Huawei to use single-chip systems in its smartphones. The source claims that stocks of Kirin SoCs are already depleted, so most of the models to be released in the first half of next year will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs. Digital Chat Station adds that Huawei will soon introduce another smartphone based on the Kirin 9000 4G mobile platform.

Recently, smartphones of the Huawei P50 series appeared on the shelves with a single-chip Snapdragon 888 system and a 4G modem. The company also launched the Huawei nova 9 series with the Snapdragon 778G 4G mobile platform. Huawei can only use single-chip 4G systems due to US sanctions. Digital Chat Station was the first to accurately report the specifications and release dates of the Redmi K30, K40, Xiaomi Mi 10, and Mi 11.
