Nokia T20 tablet: 2K screen and largest battery


HMD Global has presented a novelty under the Nokia brand with a modern filling and a large screen, as well as support for fourth-generation networks. We are talking about the Nokia T20 tablet, while the last tablet under this brand was released in 2014.

Nokia T20 is powered by an 8,200 mAh battery, the largest in its price category, according to the manufacturer. According to official figures, the Nokia T20 should last about 15 hours on a single charge during normal use. In talk mode, the tablet will last for 7 hours, and when watching movies, it will last for 10 hours. Charging is via USB-C at up to 15W, with a 10W power supply included.

Nokia T20 is equipped with a 10.4-inch LCD display 2K resolution (2000 x 1200 pixels), the brightness is 400 cd / m 2. The screen is protected by tempered glass. The tablet runs Android 11 on the Unisoc Tiger T610 SoC. It is available with 3/4 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB of flash storage. There is also support for microSD memory cards. The device complies with the degree of protection IP52. The thickness is 7.8 mm with a weight of 465 grams.

The manufacturer promises 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of monthly security patches. Part of Android Enterprise Recommended, the tablet comes with stereo speakers, dual microphones and a 3.5mm headphone jack. At the front is a 5MP camera for video calls, while the main camera is 8MP. The tablet has Wi-Fi 5 (ac) and Bluetooth 5.0 support.

Also, HMD Global has prepared several accessories for the tablet, including durable cases and a case with a flip top and built-in stand. In addition, the Nokia Micro Earbuds Pro headphones have been announced.

The Nokia T20 (Wi-Fi) starts at € 200 for the 3/32 GB version, while the 4G LTE model starts at € 240.
