Redmi K40s will be a cheap 120W fast charging smartphone

According to the latest reports, Redmi is about to unveil the new Redmi K40s smartphone and launch it in honor of the biggest sale of the year, which kicks off on November 11 this year.

A well-known Chinese blogger under the nickname Digital Chat Station has confirmed that the smartphone with model number K11T will be released in China under the name Redmi K40s. It will receive JBL stereo speakers, a flat OLED screen with one hole for the front camera, a side fingerprint scanner, as well as a large battery, and support for ultra-fast charging.

According to previous reports, the Redmi K40s series passed internal 3C certification as early as last month. There should be three models in the lineup that will support 33, 67, and 120W fast charging. The younger model should be based on the Dimensity 1200 single-chip system, the mid-range version will receive the Snapdragon 870, and the older one will be based on the Snapdragon 888. In terms of capabilities, it will match the Xiaomi MIX 4, which also supports 120-watt charging. The source adds that the Redmi K40s will be a cheap 120W fast charging mobile phone.

Earlier, Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group China and General Manager of Redmi Brand, posted a message that this month will be very busy and confirmed that Redmi will be holding a conference for the launch of the new product. The manufacturer was expected to hint at the Redmi Note 11 series.
