CAD-renders of the promising flagships Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus (it is designated by the prefix Pro), and Galaxy S22 Ultra have appeared on the Web. The images are remarkable in that they show the exact dimensions of smartphones and even camera units. This makes it easy to match the dimensions of promising models with those of the current generation.
It all looks like this:
- Galaxy S21 dimensions: 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9 mm
- Galaxy S22 dimensions: 145.98 x 70.56 x 7.65 mm
- Galaxy S21 Plus dimensions: 161.5 x 75.6 x 7.8 mm
- Galaxy S22 Plus / Pro dimensions: 157.43 x 75.83 x 7.65 mm
- Galaxy S21 Ultra dimensions: 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9 mm
- Galaxy S22 Ultra dimensions: 163.29 x 77.87 x 9.95 mm
As you can see, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus will indeed be more compact than the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be inferior only in length, but it will become wider and thicker. Also, the render very well demonstrates the compartment in the Galaxy S22 Ultra case for storing the stylus and the irregularly shaped main camera unit.
