In addition to the new flagship smartphones Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro, as well as the more affordable Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE and the Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet, Xiaomi presented today in Russia a version of the smart bracelet Mi Smart Band 6 with NFC support.
In China, Mi Smart Band 6 NFC has been on sale for a long time, however, there it is called Xiaomi Mi Band 6. Now in Russia, only one smart bracelet with NFC support is officially sold - the same Mi Smart Band 4 NFC, which went on sale in May 2020. Meanwhile, in versions without NFC, Russian users already have access to not only Mi Smart Band 5 but also the newest Mi Smart Band 6.
For Russian users, Mi Smart Band 6 NFC is already available in the official Xiaomi online store at a suggested retail price of 4,490 rubles. Also, Mi Smart Band 6 NFC comes as a gift when buying a Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone. For comparison, the regular version is now offered for 3990 rubles.
As in the case of Mi Smart Band 4 NFC, Mastercard holders will be the first to use the payment functionality of Mi Smart Band 6 NFC.
In addition to NFC support, the bracelet also has the ability to work with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant. Otherwise, the characteristics remained unchanged compared to the basic version of the Mi Smart Band 6.
The smart bracelet is equipped with an AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 1.56 inches, with a resolution of 152 x 486 pixels, it can track heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) level, monitor the quality and duration of sleep, as well as 30 modes of physical activity. The device is protected from water (5 ATM), the declared operating time without recharging is 12 days.
