Sony has released a fresh update to the system software for the PlayStation 5. The update numbered 21.02-04.03.00 is already available for PS5 users worldwide.
This update has an impressive size of 913 MB, however, it doesn't appear to bring any new features. Sony explains in the release note:
This system software update improves console performance. "
In September, Sony released an update that brought a ton of new features to the PlayStation 5, including long-awaited support for expanding storage with an M.2 SSD.
New system software is usually automatically loaded onto the console. You can also manually download the new firmware version through the PS5 system settings (Settings> System> System software> System software update).
