Started sales of the flagship Motorola Edge 20 Pro in Russia


Motorola, owned by the Chinese Lenovo, announced the start of sales in Russia of its new flagship smartphone Motorola Edge 20 Pro. Motorola Edge 20 Pro is offered to Russian users at a suggested retail price of 45,990 rubles for a version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory. Available in white and blue body options. 

For the first buyers, a special offer is being held - a set of Motorola Edge 20 Pro, an Xbox controller, and an annual subscription to Microsoft Office 365 is offered to be bought at a discount of 5,000 rubles. 

One of the highlights of the Motorola Edge 20 Pro is its main camera. For the first time, Motorola used a periscope module for itself - it provides 5x optical zoom, and in total, with digital zoom, it turns out to be 50x. The resolution of this module is 8 megapixels. Optical image stabilization is provided. The 108MP main module has a 1 / 1.5-inch optical format with Ultra Pixel technology, which combines nine pixels into one large 2.1-micron module. There is also a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module with a viewing angle of 119 degrees, which is also suitable for macro. 

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution, with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a 32-megapixel front camera, a 4500 mAh battery with support for 30 W charging. 

The hardware base is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 single-chip system, the smartphone is equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 flash memory. Supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, moisture protection (IP52). The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the smartphone. The operating system is Android 11.
