Western Digital today announced the WD Blue SN570 M.2-2280 PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe v1.4 SSD. M.2 2280 drives are available in 250GB, 500GB and 1TB sizes. The maximum sequential write speeds are 1200MB / s, 2300MB / s, and 3000MB / s, respectively. For a 250 GB drive, the maximum sequential read speed is 3300 MB / s, for the other two models - 3500 MB / s. A 250 GB drive is characterized by a resource of 150 TBW, a 500 GB volume - 300 TBW, a 1 TB volume - 600 TBW. In all cases, a five-year warranty is provided. In terms of prices, a 250GB SSD costs $ 54, a 500GB SSD costs $ 58, and a 1TB SSD costs $ 110.
