Wyze, which previously released a surveillance camera and smartwatch for $ 20, has introduced another very cheap product - the Wyze Scale S smart scale.
Wyze Scale S costs $ 15, besides measuring body weight, they can also measure bone mass, percentage of body water, muscle mass, visceral fat, protein level, percentage of body fat, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age. In addition, Wyze says they will soon be able to measure their heart rate.
The Wyze Scale S is equipped with a 3.5-inch LED display that can display readings to tenths. With the exception of body weight and body fat percentage, all other readings are displayed in the app. The smart scale can be used by up to 8 family members and will automatically recognize each person. They also have a guest mode and special modes for weighing babies and pets.
Data can sync with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit. Users can also share their data or export their data to a spreadsheet for their doctor. The measuring range is from 5 to 180 kg.
Wyze Scale S connects via Bluetooth (BLE 5.0) and is compatible with devices running Android 7.0+ and iOS 12.0+. The scale is powered by three 1.5 V AAA batteries, which provide up to 18 months of use.
Deliveries will begin in November this year.
