Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G battery test performed at the level of Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G is not only one of the most powerful smartphones in its class, but also the lightest and thinnest Xiaomi device, and in general, it stands out on the market. Do thickness and mass affect autonomy? This was verified by DxOMark specialists.

To begin with, let us recall that the thickness of the case here is only 6.81 mm, and the device weighs 159 g. This is very small by modern standards, and this was achieved thanks to the use of a magnesium alloy and a battery with a capacity of 4250 mAh. This is a lot, but less than that of many competitors.

And in the DxOMark ranking, the smartphone took only 28th place, sharing it with the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. At the same time, the latter has a larger battery (4500 mAh).

If we continue to compare these models, then the battery life is almost the same (2 days and 6 hours for Xiaomi and 2 days and 8 hours for Samsung). At the same time, Mi 11 Lite charges faster. Charging to 80% takes 43 minutes, and 100% takes 1 hour and 14 minutes. For Galaxy A52 5G, these figures are 1 hour and 15 minutes and without one minute 2 hours, respectively. Why, in this case, smartphones have an identical final score is unclear.

In general, the Mi 11 Lite 5G performed well for its weight and size characteristics.
