PlayStation PC is a new Sony brand

After Sony officially announced the imminent release of the famous PlayStation 4 exclusive called God of War on the PC, the Japanese company announced the formation of the PlayStation PC label to promote computer games.

Sony Interactive Entertainment registered the PlayStation PC brand in April this year through its California headquarters. This was another compelling signal that Sony intends to increase the number of its games on the PC platform.

In addition, Sony changed the name of its Steam page from PlayStation Mobile, Inc. on the PlayStation PC. Also, observers were struck by the fact that after months of no updates on their official page on Steam, the number of games increased from 44 to 48. And on October 29, the list increased to 50 games, but the list was not published.

In addition to God of War and the Uncharted collection, the company is also expected to release The Last of Us, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Marvel's Spider-Man, and other famous games on PC.

NPD Group analyst Mat Piscatella recently explained why Sony's decision to release PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games on PC is a win-win.
