Realme 8i presented in Russia


Simultaneously with its first laptop, the Chinese company Realme presented a new inexpensive smartphone in Russia today - Realme 8i.

The Realme 8i was launched on the international market in September. In India, prices start at $ 190. Russian users Realme 8i is offered at a price of 15,990 rubles for the version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal flash memory and 17,990 rubles for the older version 4/128 GB. 

These prices include a temporary discount that is valid through December 5th inclusive. Subsequently, the smartphone will be offered for 18,990 and 20,990 rubles, respectively. 

Features include a 6.6-inch IPS screen with a Full HD + resolution (1080 x 2412 pixels) with a frame rate of 120 Hz, a 16-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera (50 megapixels, 2 and 2 megapixels), a MediaTek Helio G96 single-chip system, a 5000 mAh battery, 18 W charging, a fingerprint scanner on the side and a triple slot for two SIM cards and a microSD memory card.

The smartphone runs on the Android 11 operating system with a proprietary shell Realme UI 2.0. Its thickness is 8.5 mm and its weight is 194 g.
