Samsung Electronics announced the start of accepting pre-orders for the Odyssey Neo G9 monitor in Russia. Pre-orders will be accepted until November 28, the recommended retail price of new items is 149,990 rubles.
By pre-ordering the Odyssey Neo G9 monitor on Samsung.com, users will receive a free choice of a 2TB 980 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD or a USB 3.2 T7 Touch portable SSD of the same size. The Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor has a 49-inch curved screen with an aspect ratio of 32: 9 and a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels. The screen of the new monitor is manufactured using Quantum Matrix and Quantum Mini LED technologies. The response time is only 1ms, and the image refresh rate reaches 240Hz, so the model is suitable for e-sportsmen and simply for gamers.
Odyssey Neo G9 is equipped with Core lighting with CoreSync function. Its contrast is 1,000,000: 1, while the monitor received 2,048 zones of local dimming. The peak brightness of the unit reaches 2000 Cd / m 2 . The display supports 12-bit color, that is, 4096 color gradations. There is also support for Nvidia G – Sync technologies and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.
