Smartphones received HarmonyOS 2.0 with new features

Huawei has begun distributing the latest HarmonyOS 2.0 update for fourteen Huawei models - variations of the old flagships Huawei Mate 9, Huawei P10, and also for the P20 Pro ( review ) in the Chinese market.

The latest update brings App Guard mode to check applications for malware, innovations in the service center, service widgets (added support for cameras and gallery applications), system improvements (added an assistant application for feedback) and security fixes, display optimization, and Celia keyboards, plus much more.

Note that Huawei is very intensively deploying its proprietary operating system HarmonyOS 2.0 in China, but there is no exact information about the global release yet.
