TCL China Star showcases 15.6-inch 480Hz notebook screen

In the recent DTC 2021 event, TCL Huaxing demonstrated technological advancements in tablet and laptop screens. TCL Huaxing demonstrated the world's first 15.6-inch 10-480Hz WFR LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) display. According to the official, this screen supports 10-480Hz broadband technology, and the screen can be adjusted intelligently. As a high refresh rate screen, this product can make the picture clearer and smoother at the same time, thus bringing the ultimate gaming experience. In addition, this screen can be used to create a full-screen notebook with an ultra-narrow bezel, with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 96%.

Currently, most gaming notebooks use 1080p or 2K 240Hz specifications, and Razer has also released a 1080p 360Hz model, challenging the frame limit of gaming games. It is expected that the games in the next two years will be equipped with TCL Huaxing's 480Hz notebook display.

In terms of tablets, TCL Huaxing demonstrated the world's first 12.49-inch 4K ultra-high-definition LTPS screen. Officially, it has a very narrow frame and extremely fine picture quality. It supports 240Hz In cell active pens and has a screen ratio of 94.6%.
