New details about Xiaomi 11 Ultra have appeared on the Web, they relate to the power subsystem of the device. And the main news here is still with a minus sign: in comparison with the Mi 11 Ultra, the battery capacity will be less.
While the Mi 11 Ultra uses a 5000 mAh battery, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is credited with a 4500 mAh battery. The charging speed will be at the level of the current model - 67 W, but due to the lower capacity, the new product will fully charge faster than the Mi 11 Ultra. However, this is little consolation: the competitors of Xiaomi 12 Ultra in the person of OnePlus 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra are credited with 5000 mAh batteries. Given that the single-chip platforms in these smartphones are the same, and the AMOLED screens will be of the same generation (Samsung E5), one might think that the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will not be the most autonomous flagship of 2022.
