Intel Arc Ruixuan alone shows the first-generation naming confirmation

The 30.0.101.9999 test driver on Intel’s official website exposed the name of the first generation of Arc Ruixuan, and Alchemist will simply be abbreviated as the A-series, which is the same as the previous news.

The SYS file in the driver shows the name of the unreleased Intel Xe-HPG GPU. There are 4 models, 2 belong to desktop computers, and 2 belong to notebooks.

  • Intel (R) Arc (TM) A380 Graphics Family
  • Intel (R) Arc (TM) A350 Graphics Family
  • Intel (R) Arc (TM) A370M Graphics Family
  • Intel (R) Arc (TM) A350M Graphics Family
  • Intel (R) Iris (R) Xe A200M Graphics Family

According to the news, Arc A380 has appeared in the non-public benchmark test. Its performance is similar to that of GTX 1650 SUPER, the clock speed is 2.45 GHz, and it is equipped with 6GB GDDR6 video memory. It may not be the flagship model, only 128 EU. In addition, Arc A350 will have 96 EU, equipped with 4GB GDDR6 video memory.

Judging from the leaked information, we not reliable to predict that the Arc A series may adopt Intel’s commonly used naming methods, including A3XX, A5XX, and A7XX, and the performance will be improved step by step.

According to the official subsequent generations of naming Battlemage, Celestial, and Druid, it may be the B series, C series, and D series.
