Honor's CEO shared the story of a meteorologist who has been using the Honor 3X smartphone for a long time. When he and the other members of the expedition found themselves in extremely cold conditions, only his smartphone did not turn off and allowed him to call for help.
Earlier, Honor's CMO said that the brand has sold over 90 million Honor X series smartphones worldwide to date. In May 2020, the number of smartphones sold was 80 million.
He later added that the Honor 3X has an active user base of 40,000. It should be noted that the smartphone debuted in December 2013, that is, it is already 8 years old.
Honor announced today that it will launch the Honor X30 smartphone as early as next week, December 16th.
