Apple Watch fitness app Apple Fitness+ updates


According to reports, Apple announced today that Apple Fitness+, a fitness and health application developed for the Apple Watch smartwatch, will welcome new Collections (exercise collection) and Time to Run (running time) next week. 

Among them, Collections are a carefully curated series of workouts and meditations designed to help users achieve their goals. And Time to Run is an audio running experience designed to help users become more consistent and run better, featuring popular running routes in some of the most famous cities.

Initially, Collections will consist of 6 parts: 30-day core challenge, improving posture with Pilates (fitness and flexibility training with special equipment), perfecting yoga balance poses, running the first 5,000 meters, and strengthening your back Stretch your hips and slow down for a better bedtime.

And Time to Run will launch three running routes, from London, Brooklyn and Miami Beach. Apple says it will introduce a new route every Monday.

Finally, Apple also announced the expansion of its Artist Spotlight lineup on Apple Fitness+, featuring Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams, Shakira and The Beatles. Beatles) for a new workout.

Apple Fitness+ is part of the Apple One subscription package, and consumers can also buy it separately for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It has 11 different workout types and is deeply integrated with the Apple Watch, with new workouts and classes being added every week.
