Google Pixel 7 Pro was first shown in large renders from a reliable source

Last week, the first details about the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones appeared on the Web, and now large high-quality images have been published showing Google's promising flagship from all sides.

The device on the renders is very similar to the current Pixel 6 Pro - it has the same camera unit in the entire width of the rear panel. Judging by the given dimensions, the Pixel 7 Pro will be more compact than the current model. Its dimensions are 163 x 76.6 x 8.7 mm versus 163.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm for the Pixel 6 Pro. The protrusion of the camera block will become smaller (the thickness of the Pixel 7 Pro body with this in mind is 11.2 mm), but just a little bit. In general, the company is not going to abandon the design, which made a lot of noise last year but has already become the hallmark of modern Pixel.

Based on the dimensions, Pixel 7 Pro will receive a screen with a diagonal of 6.7-6.8 mm. It will be an OLED panel with an embedded front camera. The main camera has three modules: periscope, wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lenses. The protrusion of the main camera block will also accommodate additional camera sensors and a microphone.

On the bottom of the device are stereo speakers and a USB-C port, on the left, is a SIM card slot, on the right are the power and volume keys. The antenna strips are displayed on all sides of the case (on the top there is a 5G NR mmWave antenna module), which should ensure reliable reception of any signal, including 5G.

Usually, Google introduces its next-generation flagships in the fall, and the Pixel 7 line of devices will not differ from its predecessors in this regard. The premiere of new products, tentatively, will take place in October.

These renders and videos were posted by Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka OnLeaks on Twitter. This is a reliable insider, many of whose leaks were subsequently fully confirmed. In particular, this was the case with Samsung Galaxy S21, Sony Xperia XZ4, Google Pixel 4 XL, Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Sony Xperia 10 III.
