ColorOS officially announced that OPPO A72 5G, A93 5G, Reno5 K 5G, K9 5G have now started the official version upgrade of ColorOS 12 based on Android 12.

- K9 5G official version version number: C.04 and above
- Reno5 K 5G official version version number: C.10 and above
- A93 5G official version version number: C.15 and above
- A72 5G official version version number: F.21 and above
Precautions for application
1. This upgrade will not clear user data, but it is recommended to back up important personal data before the upgrade.
2. Since some third-party applications are not compatible with Android 12, there may be situations where third-party applications cannot be used normally after the upgrade (such as flashback, freeze, black screen, power consumption, etc.). It is recommended that you try updating the app to the latest version from the software store.
3. The ColorOS 12 system further strengthens privacy protection. When sensitive permissions such as recording and camera are invoked, a green dominant icon will appear in the upper right corner of the status bar to remind (green dots, while pulling down the notification bar will display a green application icon), so that You keep abreast of sensitive permission calls, this phenomenon is not a problem, please use it with confidence.
4. In ColorOS 12, comprehensive game assistance is provided in real time, and the game space and game center are fully integrated. Open Game Center and click "Game +" at the bottom to find all the games you are playing.
5. Within two days after the upgrade, a series of adaptation and optimization actions will be performed in the background of the system, which may cause the phone to become hot, freeze, and consume power quickly. It is recommended that you restart the phone after the screen is off after charging for 2 hours, or it will recover by itself after a period of normal use.
How to apply?
1. Please make sure that your mobile phone version has been upgraded to the basic version C.10 and C.11 (version number viewing method: Settings > About phone > Version information > Version number)
2. Please click "Settings > Software Update > Settings icon in the upper right corner > Upgrade early adopters > Application for official version > Check "I have read and agree to the "Privacy Policy" > Apply Now", click "Check for Updates" after completing the application, and check And download the installation version to upgrade to ColorOS 12.
