BOSS Zhipin today released the unaudited financial report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2021. The financial report shows that BOSS Zhipin achieved revenue of 1.09 billion yuan in the fourth quarter of 2021, a year-on-year increase of 69.1%, exceeding market expectations; under non-GAAP, the company achieved a profit for the third consecutive quarter in the fourth quarter and obtained an adjusted net profit. Profit was 349 million yuan.
The financial report shows that in 2021, BOSS Direct Employment achieved revenue of 4.26 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 119.0%; under non-GAAP, the adjusted net profit for the year was 853 million yuan, compared with 2020, which turned from negative to positive. As of the end of 2021, the company's free cash flow was 1.38 billion, a year-on-year increase of 436%.
The BOSS Direct Employment Annual Report shows that since the second half of 2021, the company has suspended new users due to network security reviews. In this case, the average monthly active users (MAU) of the platform for the whole year was 27.1 million, a year-on-year increase of 37%.
On March 9, BOSS Zhipin announced that the company's board of directors had approved a stock repurchase plan. Under the plan, BOSS will repurchase up to $150 million in stock over the next 12 months.
