HP's new EliteBook 840 G9 exposure

HP's new EliteBook 840 G9 thin and light notebook has now appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, equipped with the highest model i7-1280P of Intel's 12th-generation Core P (28W) series. As shown in the picture above, the EliteBook 840 G9 is equipped with an i7-1280P. This processor has 14 cores and 20 threads, that is, 6 large cores and 8 small cores. This notebook is equipped with 16GB DDR5 4800 memory. The i7-1280P scored 1773 points in the single-core test and 8975 points in the multi-core test, which is a huge improvement compared to the previous generation i7-1195G7.

The HP EliteBook 840 G9 notebook has been launched at CES, with optional 14- and 16-inch 16-to-10 screens, and is expected to be launched in March. At present, Intel has not announced the release time of the 12th-generation Core P-series processors, and it is expected that new thin and light notebooks from multiple brands will be sold this month.
