According to the announcement, if users in Jiangxi Province need to receive international, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan SMS messages, they can bring their ID cards to the local telecommunications, mobile, and China Unicom business offices from March 18, or confirm by sending a text message to activate the function for free. If it is not confirmed, from 0:00 on March 28, the international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan SMS receiving function will be closed.
