It is reported that Dr. Liu Renchen graduated from Tsinghua University and Oxford University, and is currently the Deputy Dean of the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen; another co-CEO of ARM China, Dr. Chen Xun, is the managing partner of SoftBank Vision Fund and former managing director of Silver Lake Capital. etc. jobs.

Earlier, people familiar with the matter said that SoftBank Group and its subsidiary ARM are about to reach an agreement to regain control of ARM's China business and remove the company's CEO Wu Xiongang .

In 2020, ARM China's board of directors, composed of representatives of SoftBank, ARM, and Chinese investors, fired Wu Xiongang on the grounds of an alleged conflict of interest, but he has refused to leave. According to industrial and commercial data, the legal representative of Anmou China has been changed from Wu Xiongang to Liu Renchen.

Since its official independent operation in April 2018, Arm Technology has been on its fourth anniversary, and its overall revenue has increased by 250% from 2018 to 2021. At present, Amou Technology has more than 800 employees in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, and other places, and the number of high-end R&D personnel accounts for more than 80%.
