The OPPO A53 5G has now opened the ColorOS 12 upgrade public beta recruitment, and qualified partners can now register. Judging from the previously announced upgrade list, the official version of ColorOS 12 for A92s 5G and A55 5G will be upgraded tomorrow, and the public beta version of OPPO Reno 7 will be upgraded on Thursday.

The OPPO A53 5G was released in November 2020 and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor. It is worth mentioning that the earliest OPPO A53 is a mobile phone product launched on December 2, 2015, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chip, the name is really easy to confuse.

Precautions for application

2. Before the upgrade, please back up your important personal data in advance to avoid data loss due to incompatibility or other situations after the upgrade.

Try updating the app to the latest version.

How to apply?

1. Please make sure that your mobile phone version has been upgraded to the basic version number C.05 or above. (How to check the version number: Settings > About Phone > Version Information > Version Number)
2. Please click "Settings > Software Update > Settings button in the upper right corner > Upgrade early adopters > Upgrade public beta" on the mobile phone, and then apply according to the prompts.

ColorOS 12 has officially announced the upgrade list for the second quarter. Among them, the OnePlus 9RT, which everyone is more concerned about, will be upgraded from ColorOS 12 to Coloros 12.1 public beta in June, while the OnePlus 7T Pro, OnePlus 9RT 7T, OnePlus 7 Pro, and OnePlus 7 will be directly upgraded from hydrogen OS11 to Coloros 12.1 public beta.
