Fuji held a new product launch conference, released the XF18-120mmF4 electric zoom lens and XF150-600mmF5.6-8 super telephoto zoom lens, and announced the research and development plan of the new lens.
According to reports, the XF18-120mmF4 LM PZ WR is a motorized zoom lens with a focal length ranging from 18mm at the wide-angle end to 120mm at the telephoto end (equivalent to 27-183mm focal length in 35mm format). It offers a constant F4.0 maximum aperture over the entire range from wide-angle to telephoto, and a maximum magnification of 0.2x for close-up photos. A single lens can be used for a variety of shooting scenarios, including wide-angle landscape photography, wide-open F4 at the telephoto end is also suitable for portrait photography (to show a softly bokeh background), and flowers and other plants captured at a maximum magnification of 0.2 Close-up work.
The XF18-120mmF4 LM PZ WR is ideal for shooting video because it suppresses changes in the angle of view during focusing and shifts in the optical axis during zooming. Users can zoom and focus with confidence while shooting video, enabling high-quality video recording. The focal length of the XF150-600mmF5.6-8 R LM OIS WR covers a wide range from 150mm telephoto to 600mm super telephoto (equivalent to 229-914mm focal length in 35mm format). At the same time, it also supports a teleconverter. With the XF2X TC WR, its focal length can be extended to 1200mm (equivalent to 1828mm focal length in 35mm format). The XF150-600mmF5.6-8 R LM OIS WR is a super telephoto zoom lens that covers a range of up to 600mm (equivalent to 914mm focal length in 35mm format).
