HP launched the Star 14 Pro laptop last week, equipped with i5-12500H core display + 2.2K screen, starting at 4699 yuan.
After the sale, HP quietly launched two new configurations:
- i5-12500H / nuclear display / 16G / 512G / 90Hz OLED screen
- i5-1235U/MX550/16G/512G
Except for the screen, this model seems to be the same as the previous version, both dual-channel DDR4-3200 memory + 512G PCIe SSD, equipped with 51Wh battery, 90W USB-C adapter, metal body, 16.5mm thick, and weighs 1.4kg.
- 14-inch 2240×1400 resolution IPS screen, 100% sRGB color gamut, 300nits brightness, DC dimming.
- 2880×1800 resolution OLED screen, 100% DCI-P3, 500nits, 90Hz, DC dimming, support Windows Hello fingerprint recognition.
Interfaces: The machine provides 2× USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, 2× USB-A 3.2 Gen1, 1× HDMI 2.1, 1× Micro SD card slot, and 1× 3.5mm headphone jack.
The i5-12500H equipped with this notebook is a 12-core 16-thread specification, with a maximum of 4.5GHz, 45W performance release, dual ultra-thin fans for heat dissipation, and a 5-megapixel camera.
