Xiaomi applies for a patent for the appearance of a clamshell folding screen phone

Xiaomi has applied for a patent for the appearance of a new clamshell folding screen phone , with a rear lens similar to the Pixel 6 series.

As can be seen from the picture, the vertical folding screen phone uses a curved back cover, and the rear lens module adopts a "explosion-proof shield" design similar to Google Pixel 6 , with three openings. There is no hole in the screen part, it may be the camera under the screen.

In addition, the bottom of the design has a USB-C port, a SIM card slot, a speaker, and a circle of protective bumps on the periphery of the screen, which looks like there is no gap after folding.

Xiaomi has previously applied for a similar flip-top folding screen mobile phone patent, but the lens module style is different.
