Apple iOS 16 can enable keyboard haptic vibration when typing

Apple released iOS 16, iPadOS 16 systems, and has released the first developer preview Beta.

Like Android, Apple will allow users to enable vibration on the native iOS keyboard input method with each tap, giving users physical confirmation as they type.

Apple says these vibrations help serve as "confirmation" of user input. This new feature is part of a wider range of changes to the iOS 16 keyboard, including support for 19 new languages in emoji search and an improved experience for Chinese users.

iOS 16 is a big release for the iPhone, allowing users to fully customize their lock screen and system-wide changes.
