According to QNAP's official news, following the release of the two-bay and four-bay flagship NAS TS-264C and TS-464C, the six-bay TS-664 flagship new NAS has now been released. The TS-664 is equipped with the new QTS 5.0 operating system from the factory. The system core is upgraded to optimize the humanization degree of the operating system. At the same time, its algorithm and response speed are fully optimized.
The TS-664 is equipped with a Celeron N5105 processor, 4 cores, and 4 threads, with the main frequency of 2.0GHz and a turbo frequency of 2.9GHz.
The TS-664 is equipped with an M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen 3 slot, which can add a large-capacity NVMe SSD and can also install an Edge TPU to improve AI image recognition performance. TS-664 also has PCIe Gen3 expansion slots, players can expand 10GbE network cards, M.2 NVMe SSD expansion cards, wireless network cards, etc. according to their needs.
This NAS is equipped with dual 2.5GbE network ports and supports Port Trunking link aggregation, which can provide up to 5Gbps data transmission capacity.
Officially, the TS-664 will be available in July.
