Samsung Galaxy M01 pushes Android 12 / One UI 4.1

Samsung began to push the Android 12 update for the 2020 Galaxy M01 entry-level smartphone. System firmware M015GXXU4CVF6 brings the June 2022 security patch and One UI 4.1. This isn't a full-featured One UI though, but it brings huge visual improvements over previous Android 11, with a focus on accessibility and ease of use.

The update is currently available for Indian users. Other markets should get a push in the next few weeks.

This is the last OS update for the Galaxy M01, which launched in June 2020 with Android 10 pre-installed. But Samsung will continue to push security patch updates to the device.

The Samsung Galaxy M01 is equipped with a 5.71-inch 1520x720 resolution screen, equipped with a Snapdragon 439 processor, supplemented by 3GB of memory + 32GB of storage, and a built-in 4000mAh battery. The machine is equipped with a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear dual camera, and the front camera is 5 million pixels. In addition, the machine also supports features such as Dolby Atmos, Samsung Health and Face Unlock, and supports a microSD card slot to expand 512GB of storage.
