HyperX enters the field of monitors

The original Kingston brand, HyperX, which was acquired by HP last year, has now entered the display field and launched the Armada 25/27 gaming screen. The Armada 25 uses a 24.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS panel with a response time of 1 millisecond and a refresh rate of 240Hz. The Armada 27 features a 27-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) IPS panel with a 1 ms response time and 165 Hz refresh rate.

Both monitors are rated at 400 nits of brightness, compatible with Nvidia G-Sync, and have a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, with the Armada 25 having a color gamut of 99 percent sRGB and the Armada 27 hitting 95 percent DCI-P3. Connectivity-wise, both monitors feature one DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.0 ports.

This series of monitors uses the Armada Gaming Mount bracket design to support monitors up to 32 inches / 20 pounds (about 9080 grams).

The Armada 25 and Armada 27 will be launched next month, priced at $449.99 (about 3077.93 yuan) and $499.99 (about 3419.93 yuan) respectively.
